The real estate sales challenge
Steyn City is a residential parkland in the New North of Johannesburg, South Africa, offering premium real estate. They were preparing to launch a new suburb when COVID-19 lockdown restrictions were enforced and their sales agents’ phones stopped ringing.
The customer experience design solution
After identifying the needs of their two main target groups – people downsizing to apartments and families wanting to build homes – we built a messaging matrix to entice and educate.
We paired the lines with on-brand creative design for a digital campaign comprising Facebook and Instagram ads and native banner ads. As lockdown restrictions eased, we expanded into print advertising and traditional and digital billboards.
As part of our full agency services we also designed event invitations, newsletters, property signage and brochures as well as writing radio scripts.
To complete the full spectrum customer experience, the Amorphous team designed and developed a fully responsive website with an intuitive user experience (UX) and integrated property portal that showed apartments, clusters and houses for sale.
We also built an interactive map that allowed users to browse and filter freehold stands for sale in both a map and satellite views.
Aside from highlighting the real estate options and lifestyle features of Steyn City, the website boasted robust lead capturing forms that integrated with the sales customer relationship management system (CRM) and allowed users to contact sales agents as well as make golf and restaurant bookings.
This holistic customer experience resulted in a sales funnel that engaged and nurtured prospective property buyers and converted them into happy home owners.
