Sanlam Investments is a division of Sanlam, one of South Africa’s most established and trusted financial institutions, focusing on generating investments across Africa.

The institutional investment sales challenge

Sanlam Investments had a list of 253 prospective institutional investors in six countries: Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States. The challenge was that Sanlam is not a well-known institution in those countries and a cold call from them would have fallen flat.
