THE CLIENT

Sanlam Africa Investments is a division of Sanlam, one of South Africa’s most established and trusted financial institutions, focusing on generating investments across Africa.

THE CHALLENGE

Sanlam Africa Investments had a list of 253 prospective institutional investors in six countries: Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States. The challenge was that Sanlam is not a well-known institution in those countries and a cold call from them would have fallen flat.

THE SOLUTION

Our creative and data teams created a seamless campaign highlighting the benefits of investing in Africa. Dot Network was able to match 201 of the leads supplied by Sanlam Africa Investments and told them how the investment firm had the expertise they could trust

THE RESULTS

200 people who had $500 million to invest but didn’t know about Sanlam Africa Investments were made aware that this is a reputable financial institution – without Sanlam Africa Investments having to sponsor a football team.
