The digital rejuvenation challenge
Steers has a huge footprint in South Africa and although they, like Amorphous, is quite obviously awesome, this brand needed a lead generation campaign that would increase Steers’ new product awareness as well as grow their online database.
Amorphous had to work out a plan of action that would breathe new life into the brand, so that it remained iconic, but always digitally relevant and relatable. From just one marketing email notifying customers about the new Steers menu, we achieved a 44% open rate and a 20% click through rate. That’s double the average score on both accounts.
